What types of payment do you accept?

Payment

For your privacy and security, we accept payment via PayPal and Credit Card. If you want to pay via debit card, Visa Card, Master Card or other cards, please choose PayPal payment as PayPal almost can accept all the cards. If you don't have PayPal account, please don't worry, you can directly pay with your credit card.

As the safest and most convenient payment method, Paypal can protect you from any fraud. Any question, please check at www.paypal.com or contact us

Why is my transaction not going through?

Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.

Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our Risk Review team to ensure the protection of our customers.

Get it by Christmas Eve:

  • Wednesday, December 18th - Last Day to Ship with USPS First Class Mail (order by 9 AM)
  • Wednesday, December 18th - Last Day to Ship with USPS Priority Mail (order by 9 AM)
  • Friday, December 20th - Last Day to Ship with UPS Next Day Air (order by 12 PM)

Get it by New Year's Eve:

  • Thursday, December 26th - Last Day to Ship with USPS First Class Mail (order by 9 AM)
  • Thursday, December 26th - Last Day to Ship with USPS Priority Mail (order by 9 AM)
  • Monday, December 30th - Last Day to Ship with UPS Next Day Air (order by 12 PM)

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $160 or more. For orders less than $160, the shipping cost is $19.90.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

Our standard processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. Overnight Shipping orders are processed within the same business day if the order is placed by 9:00 am EST.

Example 1: An order is placed at 8:59 am EST on Thursday. It can potentially be processed and shipped on that Thursday.

Example 2: An order is placed at 9:30 am EST on Friday. It will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

 All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends.


Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are delivered by the postal carrier within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders shipped with overnight shipping are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If the order is placed before 9 am EST, the order will ship the same day and arrive the following business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST, the order will ship the next business day and arrive 2 business days after your order is placed.

Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

Can I use my PO Box?

We only ship to P.O. boxes when using standard shipping. If you are using express or signature required shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.


Returns

We have a 15-Day Quality Guarantee: If you aren’t happy with your MoWeave Virgin Hair purchase, we will accept the items for a no-hassle refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds are provided for hair extensions that have not been worn, unwrapped otherwise tampered and are returned within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund. The refunded amount is credited to the original payment method. Return shipping is free.


Exchanges are provided for hair extensions that have been worn, unwrapped, or otherwise tampered and are returned within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order. Any hair that has been worn or tampered with is subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once we receive your return, the exchange is processed. Exchanges may only be made for the same hair type (e.g., Brazilian Deep Wave) and length (e.g., 20 inches).

FINAL SALE ONLY on all sale items, including promos, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
